OFFICE FROM THE SOUTH: Take Hutchinson River Parkway North or the Bronx
River Parkway North to the Cross County Parkway West. Exit the Cross County
Parkway at Exit 4N (I-87 North/Central Park Avenue). Central Park Avenue is the
service road to the New York State Thruway North. Go approximately 1/8 of a
mile and exit onto Midland Avenue. At the top of the exit ramp go to the Stop
sign and make a right. Proceed over the highway bridge to the traffic light
near the Yonkers Contracting Building. At the traffic light bear left and
proceed up the hill. The road curves to the right. Our office is on your right,
as soon as you come around the bend. It is a three story beige office building.
We are on the second floor. Parking is available in a lot to the left of the
building.
OR Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) North to the Cross
County Parkway exit. Exit the highway onto Central Park Avenue, the service
road to the New York State Thruway (I-87). Do not continue to exit onto the
Cross County Parkway. Proceed on Central Park Avenue to the Midland Avenue
exit, which is just past the first overpass. At the top of the exit ramp go to
the Stop sign and make a right. Proceed over the highway bridge to the traffic
light near the Yonkers Contracting Building. At the traffic light bear left and
proceed up the hill. The road curves to the right. Our office is on your right,
as soon as you come around the bend. It is a three story beige office building.

Deegan (I-87), which will become the New York State Thruway North (I-87) when
you enter Westchester County. Take the New York State Thruway (I-87) North to
the Cross County Parkway exit. Exit the highway onto Central Park Avenue, the
service road to the New York State Thruway (I-87). Do not continue to exit onto
the Cross County Parkway. Proceed on Central Park Avenue to the Midland Avenue

OFFICE FROM THE NORTH: Take the Sprain Brook Parkway South to the Route 100
South-Central Avenue Exit, which is ¼ mile south of the Tuckahoe Road
exits. You can only make a right off the exit. As you proceed past the Boulder
Creek Steak House get in your right lane and make a right at Midland Avenue. (A
Shell Gas Station will be on your right. The turn will be between the Shell
station and a Mexican Restaurant. At the point of the turn the New York State
Thruway will be on you left.) Proceed up the hill and bear right past the
Yonkers Contracting Building. We are the first building after the Yonkers
Contracting Building on your right hand side. If you come to a traffic light
with a church on your left you have gone too far. Parking is available in a lot
to the left of the building or on the street. It is a three story office
building. We are on the second floor. |

Within an 1/8 of a mile of the exit you will see a Shell gas station on your
right. Make a right after the Shell gas station and before the Mexican
restaurant onto Midland Avenue. Follow Midland Avenue up the hill to the
traffic light. Bear right at the light. The road curves to the right. Our
office is on your right, as soon as you come around the bend. If you come to a

OFFICE FROM THE SAW MILL RIVER PARKWAY either Northbound or Southbound.
Exit onto the Cross County Parkway East. Take the first exit on the Cross
County Parkway, Yonkers Avenue/Midland Avenue. At the top of the exit ramp make
a left and proceed to the traffic light. Make a left onto Yonkers Avenue.
Proceed to the first traffic light which is under the overpass. This is Midland
Avenue. Make a right and follow Midland Avenue approximately one (1) mile. The
building is a three story beige office building on your left. We are on the
second floor. Parking is available in a lot to the left of the building. |
